Based out of Austria, Smartflower is a smart solar panel that re-positions itself to track the sun.
Because of its tracking abilities, this solar flower produces 40% more energy than regular solar panels, about 4,000kWh/year, which means it’s able to fulfill the energy requirement of an average household. It automatically unfolds itself (a staggaring 16ft tall) when the sun rises and goes back into its base at night or during high wind storms.
